i like Johan Santana a lot. He is mostly very reliable and good, but his hitting teammates are not supporting him as best as they could/should. i can't blame him if he's getting pissed off about it, which you can sort of tell from time to time, that he is tired of pitching amazing games for a team that refuses to hit a ball. However, yesterday Kris and i went to the game as our anniversary celebration, and man, Johan was ON FIRE! He pitched 17 strikeouts, the record for the Twins. The air was electric, and it was the perfect game for a celebration. It was a very good time, though the walk back to the Metro Transit station was a very soggy one:)
